In Rwanda, EcoFlowers is creating meaningful work through the power of recycling. What started with 3 passionate artisans has grown into a team of over 50 skilled craftspeople.

Our model works on multiple levels. We employ waste collectors who gather recyclable materials from communities. Our artisans learn valuable skills in crafting, design, and quality control.

The impact extends beyond direct employment. By purchasing materials from local recycling centers, we support the broader recycling ecosystem. Our success inspires other entrepreneurs to explore sustainable business models.

Each artisan goes through comprehensive training, learning not just crafting techniques but also business skills and environmental awareness. Many have become mentors themselves.

To date, we've transformed over 10,000 kilograms of waste into beautiful products, while providing stable incomes for dozens of families in Muhanga District and beyond.
